but dean getting hurt on a hunt and cas goes to heal him but when he’s already cupped dean’s cheek to do it he remembers he can’t anymore, so he just says a quiet “i-i’m sorry” but dean shakes his head and goes “hey, hey, no, i’m fine, it’s not even that bad”
#and dean is actually really hurt #but it still ends up with him comforting cas #because cas is so worried and he keeps saying he’s sorry #and dean holds him and tells him it’s ok #and cas is scared he might hurt dean more if he holds him too tight #and dean needs stitches so he does it while cas is watching#because cas needs to learn how to do it #and at some point cas tells dean that he thinks he understands how to do it #and he asks if he can try #and dean lets cas stitch him up #dean winces and cas is horrified #saying that he’s sorry he’s so sorry dean #but dean smiles and tells him it’s ok and that’s normal #it’s not your fault cas go on (via x)
